What is Computer Numerical Control (CNC)?
Computer Numerical Control (CNC) is a manufact🦋uring method that automates the control, movement, and precision of machine tools through the use of preprogrammed computer software that is embedded w💎ithin the tool.
How Computer Numerical Control Works
With a CNC system, each object to be manufactured has a customized computer program, usually written in an international standard language called G-code, stored in and executed by the machine control unit (MCU), whꦗich is attached to The machine's microcomputer. In CNC operations, the M code language is also used in conjunction with G code.
Early in the process, engineers create a computer-aided design (CAD) drawing of the part to be manufactured and then translate the drawing into G-code. The program is loaded onto the MCU and the machine operator performs a test run without raw material to ensure correct positioning and performance. This step is important because incorrect speed or positioning can damage the machine and parts.
When everything is ready, the CNC machine runs its program and completes the work exactly as directed. These jobs may involve creating something from scratch, to cutting workpiece🥃s or prin🅠ting anything. Shenzhen Yujiaxin Technology Co., Ltd. uses high-precision metal CNC lathes to manufacture agricultural machinery parts, stainless steel mechanical engineering parts and anti-oxidation precision metal brass, aluminum and stainless steel parts. In-depth technical and engineering expertise from design and tooling to production and quality engineering. Our business model is to meet the mix of parts that global OEMs will source in China.
